How should I store my Bobo's products?
To maintain maximum freshness, we recommend storing our baked goods in a cool, dry place. For longer shelf life, many of our items can be frozen for up to three months in airtight packaging.
Do you offer gluten-free or vegan options?
Yes! We have a dedicated selection of both gluten-free and vegan products. Please check the individual product descriptions for specific dietary certifications and ingredient lists.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or if there is an error, please contact our support team within 48 hours for a replacement or refund.
Does Bobo's ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the continental United States and Canada to ensure our products arrive fresh and in peak condition.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it's placed?
Because we strive to ship orders as quickly as possible, we can only accept modifications or cancellations within 2 hours of the order being placed.
